History

Alpha Led Living Services was founded with the vision of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead meaningful, independent lives within their communities. Our organization was built on the principles of compassion, dignity, and respect. We saw an opportunity to be apart of more person-centered, values driven care in our community, which inspired us to create a service that truly puts individuals and their families first within the CES Waiver Programs in Arkansas.

Mission

Our mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting independence, access to resources, and connection to community. We aim to provide collaborative, person-centered care, while advocating for dignity and a better quality of life.

Programs

As a Community and Employment Supports (CES) Waiver provider in Arkansas, Alpha Led Living Services are available to individuals of all ages who have developmental disabilities and meet eligibility criteria. Services in the program include:

• Supported Living – Assistance with daily living activities in the individual’s home or community.
• Transportation Services – Safe and reliable transportation to work, activities, and appointments.
• Consultation Services – Support for participation in community-based social and civic life.
• Respite Services – Temporary relief for primary caregivers.
• Community Transition Services – Support transitioning from institutional to private residency.

Through these programs, we will strive to not only meet regulatory standards under the CES Waiver but to exceed expectations by delivering proficient, individualized care.
